I got both AOR, presently i am checking my ecase by using first AOR it shows received by visa office,some people saying,after issuing of second AOR we should check ecase using second AOR.is it the correct way...attention please...

you can check e-case using first AOR. second AOR is mostly for communication with your local CHC. when you have query you have to mentioned your 2nd AOR for communication on those query with your CHC.
1st AOR issued by CIO.
2nd AOR issue by local CHC.
