Dear Seniors,

I have recently submitted full documents to London Office and it has been received by person called "Emmanuel".

Can I check the E-case status of my application after submitting the full documents or I need  to wait till 2nd AOR....?

Hi once your file is created at the local visa office, they issue a new file number but your old file number (CIO) is also working so I would say wait for at least 4 working weeks and then it should change to received by visa office and you will receive the new file number along with the AOR
