hello Members, please help.

I included my wife in my PR application. She has cheated upon me :-( . I want to withdraw her name from my application. I wrote an application to Immigration earlier, but they did not do anything.

Now they sent me our medical forms (including hers) also which clearly shows her name is not taken out from my application. She ditched me badly and took all my hard earned money :-(

What should I do, please help.

Appreciate your help very much.

Liyu.

If you are in Canada, then your best bet would be to call the call center.

Hi

I sent the letter through fax to Visa office processing  my application. It was done through my representative (lawyer).

It is quite possible that you can not take her name out of the application until you are legally divorced but you should be able to change her status to not-accompanying.
