Please check your PM for my phone number. I live in Markham, ON. I am currently using WIND's data stick for internet and don't want to go for R0ger5 and other big 3 because of cap on data with all of them. I also need a home phone line which is not dependent on the internet.

Also I have been using Magic Jack for the past few months without any issues. How long have you been using this for? Is this a well known company and how is the tech-support like? what technology is behind this?

A friend of mine have been using Acanac.ca for the past 5 years without any issues (it also has almost all the features as what Qorax mentioned) and it appears to be cheaper and faster (for home phone & internet both) than what Qorax has suggested. I am not saying that Acanac would be better than Qorax's recommendation but it appears to be more attractive to me. Has anyone else had experience with Acanac?

Also I found a website called http://www.canadianisp.ca where you can compare different ISP options and search for the right combination for yourself.

Thank you Qorax for your recommendation though. I am still contemplating and will let you know once I have decided.

1. Acanac is not bad, but it's basically an Internet Service Provider.
2. While the one I recommended is apparently a Phone Service provider [with internet as an added package].
3. Does Acanac offer FREE International Calls as well? Ours do.

Besides, I recommended it having used & tested this service. It's all about 'choice'... there could be others (though I'm not aware of anything as good as this one... I've been here for long now... and have shopped intensively). Similarly, there r other immigration forums, many of them r quite good as well... yet we r on CanadaVisa... we r comfortable here... that's our 'choice' !
