Please share if you know any website where list of cheap flights to Canada can be found.

Maybe you have some blog or other website where cheap flight auctions are collected.

One Must mentioned the departed Airport also,
Like from dubai to toronto the cheapest airlines is British airways!!!! and if you need to go on A380 which is koolllllll!! you need to spend a bit more money for Emirates A380 airbus which goes to toronto from dubai. Its a direct flight! While British Airways go via London!!

Best choice would be Dubai to Toronto with Emirates's A380.
Singapore Airlines and Qatar Airways is good too.
Many would also use China Airlines for 32 kilos each of two baggages option.

From experience I would suggest that from wherever you are book in advance ( two/three months in advance) and don't choose direct flight.
Also if you have enough time, subscribe to your preferred air lines newsletter. You will be among the first to know of any promotion.

which city of Canada? Lets say for Vancouver: kayak.com  says that the best and cheaper options for you are: China Airlines, delta and Philippines Air
they all cost around $800 for an one way trip.

you may try booking online (from my experience almost always cheaper than travel agencies + lots of choices).

try expedia.com

you will find good deals there!
