I do not get file number from visa office and when I am try to put the file immigration number which I was receive it from CIC-Canada showing that page:

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:
# lease be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
# This service is only available to clients with applications in process.......... etc

please any body help??

please go to website of cic.
right side up side you will see "application status" please select it and go to next step accept all then you will see page file number date of birth, surman only.
file number you will write which nova office gave you file number which you received by email.and mention 120 day to submit full application to London office.

i hope you will get all update.

Identification Number:                (the number which receive it from Sydney by e-mail and start with B000000000)

Surname/Family Name:                 (My name - father name - grandfather name - family name)
Date of Birth:                              01/01/1978
Place of Birth:                              Republic of Yemen


Anythings wrong? please instruct me?

Do you have two family names or one family name? Family Name means the name your family is known by i.e Khan. If you have two family names try to put the last one and see what happens.

you put all good but surname is has some problem
when you fill application there written surname then first name  then med name.
surname is last name(only write that name not put all name like only write "hardami" hardami is surname.
please remember on application which name you use as surname.
use it and inshallah you will see,

What did you filled on Surname it should be only one family name. I suppose your grand father name as I did or try it by changing your surname with your father name

Ibrahim Ghaleb Aqlan AL-Husam

Now, I shall wait until send me an email from visa office that prove my document it is received by visa office or I need to check it on CAS?

Try one more time by putting each name at a time. your father name and then your grand father name. It works for me with my grand father name.

or remember what you put as surname in application form
CIC-Sydney: will write full name but you put only last name.
