Good Morning buddy..

I sent my full application to CHC-London before one month from today but still I do not receive any email from them.

So, from your experience how many days will take to reply me?

your advice please..

Hi ihosam,

Now a days London office is very slow in document processing.

I have sent my full documents which they have received on 18 June 2010 but still no reply from them.

I thing atleast it will take minimum 90 days for them to get back to us.

Rest is depend on case to case.

Wait, it will be no less than three to four months before you could recv a reply, and that too if you were born lucky(No Offence mate!). Although process is fairly simple but time consuming and frustrating. Once you get the AOR you are on way to Canada thats for sure. SO buddy welcome to the club.

i send my full documents in May 26 and my 02 AOR come 19 july(letter) and E-case change on 13 july. letter written 09 july.letter came by normal post not email.may be letter in post.
please see ecase may be written on it.
it mean after one month and 15 days.

please wait and see.

In my opinion, there is no need. And somewhere in the CIC webiste they will not notify and entertain questions if they receive submitted documents or not. One indication that they recieved your documents or not is when the 120 day deadline has lapsed and your e cas status still do not indicate "decision made", then most probably they received your full application and supporting documents. They process too slow, but believe me they are very quick in issuing rejections. Once the deadline is over and they dont have the documetns in their hands, you will receive your rejection letter 2-3 weeks from the deadline.

Because your file is in the que now for review by the officer. You will receive a letter from them after the review is done.

You and me seem to be on same boat. For my ecase they never changed to received by VO. They just mentioned started processing. Please le me know if you received any further communication from them. But they are very slow in sending medical request if all goes well.

They actually sent me a document request on May 6, 2010. They asked for spouse's bachelors degree certificate and transcript of records. These documents were already sent to them 10 months ago. And OP6 guide clearly mentions that once the processing has begun (in process in e cas), it does mean that review was completed, and full application and supporting documents were filled correctly and found complete. Another London applicant from November 2008 was asked as well with additional documents which according to him he had submitted that document already together with the full application.

I received the document request on May 26, 2010 and in June 2, 2010 complied to their request. Until today, I don't hear anything from London. It seems to me that London CHC is trying to justify the delays of some applications by re asking already submitted documents. They are mandated by CIC minister to process new applications in 6-12 months time.

in my case ,i send full doc on 16/03/2010 , and i received a letter from London office (regular mail not e-mail ) on 22 /03/ 2010 indicate that thy recive my full document
and my e-case still receive by visa office till date

i suggest u to see ur e-case <it will help a lot

I do not get file number from visa office and when I am try to put the file immigration number which I was receive it from CIC-Canada showing that page:

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:
# lease be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
# This service is only available to clients with applications in process.......... etc

please any body help??
