Chcking file status online

Hi,

I am 11-May-2010 applicant. I recieved my 1st AOR on 22-Oct-2010. Also, I recently sunmitted all the required documents. However, I went to CIC's Client Application Status page and when I put my file no which begins with a Bxxxxxx, my info still doesn't show up. From the Identification Type dropdown I am choosing Immigration File Number.

Am I doing something wrong?

U doing right.it must have to show status. Wait for couple of days might be it will update. The no.starts with Bxxxxxxxxx is immigration file numbers. So try after couple of days. Thanks

All is correct. No need to worry. CIC is rolling out new system and this might be the reason. I recommend you check sone time next month and see.

I read Indian applicant forum, they are very organize and have well informed about CHC Delhi.
Pakistani applicant waits from some 2004 and all 2005
One important news share, embassies staff very capable and well trained, Government of Canada issue order all applicant process with two months they will process.
Canadian economy depends on America. American economy is down so that indirect impact on immigration process.
If you see previous history CHC Pakistan cases process.

But online details should show after 1st AOR or after sending full documents which i did 2 days back.

wait atleast some weeks, you aspect something update within 2days after you send full documents? noway , wait atleast 4 to 6weeks to get some updates like recieved by London VO/CHC and wait atleast 3months to get 2nd AOR but keep in mind process should be depend on your London CHC so , time frame may be different then I mentioned. even London CHC is some slow

you are doing right steps, its showing CIO status, wait (allow CHC) some weeks to get update your E-case.

I think some applicants as far back as April/May have not been able to check theie eCas status.  CHC is bringing forth a new system called GCMS or something like that, so hopefully the system will be more efficient. Until then we just have to wait.

I am 17-May-2010 applicant. I recieved my 1st AOR on 22-Oct-2010.I sunmitted all the required documents on 17-01-2011. However, I am unable to see Client Application Status page and when I put my file no which begins with a Bxxxxxx, my info still doesn't show up. My visa office Buffalo and your London both are too slow right now, I got my 2nd AOR after 2months of submition of full documents, my e-case is in process after 45days of getting 2nd AOR and now its not display anything update , I am waiting since last 4months to get something update.

After reading people comments, I believe that many people are not getting anything on online status page and thats because VO has a backlog.

No I am not expecting anyting in 2 days. I got my file no back in October so I was wondering if we would be able to check status from that point on. Currently for me, it says no record found.

Dear Dont worry, I am also April 10 applicant and received 1st AOR on 20th October and same situation with me. My consultant says that he coordinate with CHC about this and they say that they have revised their policy and we will see our updated status after 2nd AOR. At that time they will give us new B********* code. However, after submitting docs we should check our status.

OK.. wait upto atleast end of February 2011 to get update something on E-case. my E-case also now display nothing since last 1month.
but my e-case was in-process for 20days and now no update.
just relax and wait..... my personal suggesion check e-case once a week, I am checking mostly on tuesday or wednesday everyweek for update.

you will get 2nd AOR soon and after getting 2nd AOR you will communicate with your CHC , even you can use both 1st and 2nd AOR to check e-case status on CIC e-case page. after getting 2nd AOR you have to again wait lots for in-process and even medical request. once your all documents are good enough and VO not send you request to submit another documents then your file will process fast.
