I think you should send original ones through postal recorded delivery or special delivery.
the address should be the same you sent your full application, just write a covering letter and mention your details like name dob and file no.
I hope that will do.

thanks for your reply...i wana send FAX/Scanned copy at moment ...but will send HARD copies with Medical or PPR when they ask again.

CHC-London doesn't advice updating any info/doc by fax.
They prefer u to use the following methods:

Updates for all types of applications may be submitted:
-by e-mail using our webform,
-by mail, OR
-by using the regular drop box.

(Do not send the same update by multiple methods. This creates confusion and can delay the processing of your application.)
