thanks for reply, inshaallah i get reply from them next week. My term is starting on 3rd may, thats y its irritating me. on vfs itts written, u get initial response within 15working days |

Still enough time. U can always extend your deadline for two more weeks. Gonna hear something by mid april. It is prayers time. Once you get your cookie everything can go to hell. Sorry for my informal language but that's how my feelings are at the moment.

The latest dirt is that visa officer will touch my docs somewhere this month. Gonna be two months on april 15, though . May 5 class start date. You see, you are not alone.

I applied for student visa on november 29th,2010 for winter term.
CHC-delhi replied me on 23rd Dec,2011 stating that i need to go for additional medicals
i.e. sputum test, re-appearing xray.
So, i didnt had anyother option other than changing my term to summer as winter term was starting on 3rd jan.
I submitted my passport on 16th feb,2011 along with passport and submitted my medicals on 14th march,2011 and till now its "UNDER PROCESSING".
This is crazy, how much time do they need to process. I emailed them on april 1st,2011 and still no reply from.
My summer term will be starting on 3rd may,2011.
Anyone has the similar case.
Dont worry let them test your patience its part of the whole process of getting visa |

This week is important. If I don't hear anything by 25 april. I'm going to enquire about my application status after that. Still , same message in queue for review . I will withdraw my application for good.

I understand what you are talking about but they can not keep passports and docs for months. We need them for other purpose also. I waited for two months patiently. I did not nag them. In this two months period I just dropped one email asking for my file number. If this is not a good example of patience then I don't know what it is.
