My colleague's full docs was received in CHC Singapore on March 7, 2010 and she is yet to get her medical. She is a Pharmacist.
Now CHC Singapore is definitely not looking into the files of 38 NOC List.

After February and March of 2010, full docs senders of each subsequent months will have to wait 1 additional months. Its like, january Full docs senders got their medical in 4-5 months, February senders got theirs in 5(mostly)-6(only a few) months, March Senders havent go their medicals in 6 months now, April Senders wont get it until October, May Senders wont get theirs before November/December.
Waiting is the key now ! Keep praying as well if you believe in god.

your info is a little bit misleading.
Some applicants submitting full Docs in April have got ppr.
what an applicant needs is patience.

only idas got his Stats changed to IN PROCESS yesterday, people whose full docs was received in Singapore in March 2010 are yet to see their ecas changed to IN PROCESS. idas is very very lucky.
my info is not misleading, my source is the threads of january, February, March, April 2010 applicants. Please locate anyone (of CHC SG) whose full docs was delivered to SG office and got their status changed to IN PROCESS.
look at Sohail and goal, they got their IN PROCESS after 4-5 months of sending their full docs.
The backlog might be reducing fast, this might have triggered in the last few weeks.

No doubt, that is the reason for the delay. A new entity added to the file definitely makes the process a bit slower. Dont worry, things will come in due time.
