I think it is true. I think the NDVO is processing post June 26 applications (29-NOC list) at a higher priority. People who sent their application to CIO in NOvember 2010 are getting medical requests.
For Pre-june 2010 applications (or 38-list):
If you see the posts of other NDVO applicants, you see that one person (jun 25th applicant got a rejection), and august applicants are getting In-Process status. This probably means NDVO is processing full documents submitted in June/July 2010.

I have applied my for PR thro a consultant. I have given all the document as requested by the consultant and submitted the same to CHC New Delhi office and got my 1st AOR on Aug and 2nd AOR in Nov. 2010. My medicals is due, i am still waiting for my medicals. I have not reached the CHC New Delhi office till now, regarding my application status. I only reach my consultant, he gives me informations on the status.
Now my consultant is saying CHC New Delhi is processing only July 2010 cases, Since mine is Nov. 2010 it will take minimum 4 Months to get your Medicals. I have applied under fast track option.
I would like to know whether it is true ?
Is CHC New Delhi is only processing Jul. 2010 cases ? Have they not completed nov.2010.
Which cases does CHC ND is processing now. Kindly educate me in this regards.
