Hi

My processing started at Nova Scotia during the first week of April. I got a file number along with the fee receipt for the primary applicant, after which I submitted the entire set of required documents to CHC Delhi within the prescribed time of 120 days. I received an acknowledgement from CHC Delhi stating that they have received the my documents and have issued a new file number (B file number). Few days later I received a receipt stating that the fee (for dependents), which I enclosed in the form of DD has been encashed.

My questions are:

1. ECAS still displays no information available at this point in time. Any idea what the reason could be?
2. The letter says, that if I dont hear from them within 3 months of receiving this letter, please contact CHC. Does it mean that if at all
they send a medical notification, it should happen within 3 months?
3. Is there a problem, if my details are not getting displayed in ECAS, though I received an acknowledgement from CHC?

Seniors, please share your thoughts/suggestions/views

Thanks in advance

Hi Madhava,

i have the same situation. i got my 2nd AOR from CHC New Delhi on 6 january 2011. Letter cleary says if you do hear any further notification within 6 months of this letter ( which is Jan 2011 to June 2011) you should contact the office directly. neither the B0>>>>>>> number is working in E-CAS. i have tried a lot of times using all the options imm file number, receipt number etc.  Should i contact them or wait more ? its about 10 days over the time period i was advised ?

Plz help..

Raj
