CHC ND not replying since 1month passed ! Qorax & Seniors pls help

this is the reply i got from chc nd on 28th aug 2010 when i asked them about my status

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

We have responded to your recent enquiry.

Please be advised that the status of your application has not changed since our last reply to you. Our office cannot provide you with an update of your case status by email on a regular basis, but rest assured we will contact you when your file has reached the next processing stage.

Now i emailed them twice in between this period ie from 30th aug to 29th sept 2010.

Normally how days vis office will take to if there is error from their side? i clearly explained the issue to vis office. do we people want me to wait for another 10-15 days as i am not getting any reply from chc nd. pls give ur inputs

 got aor from ND on 25th may 2010 but received on hand on 28th may 2010.they refused my file as i didnt provide settlement funds,as there is a ruile that when u have a job in canada u r exempted from showing funds. later i moved to india as i didnt get visa extension. so transferred  my case from seattle to ND. i applied on 5 nov 2008. un til october 2009 i havent received aor from seattle. later i  got mail from seattle office on jan 2010 that i need to need only updated applicatio  forms they never asked abt proof of funds too. i submitted app forms along woith covering letter stating abt my place,job change. n intimated them to transfer to ND. on 28th may i got aor from them. when i enquired abtmy case they said pending review by visa officer nothing has tobe done on ur end. assumed that vo will intimate me abt additional docs but they never done that without that they refused my case.received refusal letter on 5th aug 2010. sent reconsideration letter n settlement funds to ND on 10th aug it reached there on 12th aug 2010

 though i sent them reconsideration letter explaining all these in soft way pleasing vo to consider it.i sent settlent funds documents too now waiting for the reply from ND.

Dear...patience is key during whole process. Stay calm and wait for their response. CHC will move your file according to their standards and limits but not due to your follow ups. You will simply cause annoyance to VO.

Stay quiet for a while. Remember NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS.

hi mast canada, i think u have mixed the two eligibility criteria. when u applied frm seattle in 2008 u showed employment letter and u were exempted from showing funds. but as u said the visa was about to be expired , so u moved your case from seattle to new delhi. in new delhi u submitted ur documents and got ur 2nd file number. here u forgot that u have to show funds now as u were no longer as a employee in seattle. ur visa expired and so again ur claim for no proof of funds ended with the visa. as a result due to lack of funds ur case was rejected. ur visa expired and ur job was gone then how could visa office allow your case to move forward without proof of funds dear. but as u said there was no prior intimation before sending rejection. i think inspite of sending them mails reappeal the case and visa officer might look into his.

dear its really very said to listen what has happened wid ur case. do u have copy of those forms that were sent to u by seattle, so that u can claim that i informed seattle for my transfer but they did not ask  for proof of funds  to prove your innocence

yes i have that .. i also sent  the same copy with cover letter when  they asked to submit, so its obvious that nd  has all my documents. i even have the  document which i received from seattle.

hi mastcanada, i think there is still a hope in ur  case as u r nt at fault. its time to take suggestions from our seniors , like corax. send a private msg to qorax now and explain all matter and proper dates. ask from him how to go now. i assure u dont loose hope, its nt ur fault. lets see wat qorax says
