Hello Nectar,

I had received medicals on 27 Oct. 2010 from CHC London, and according to medical practitioner, they have sent medicals on 11th Nov. 2010 to new delhi. Meantime, I requested CAIPS notes because of no response from CHC for more than one year. and received CAIPS after medicals. CAIPS included all the details up till issuance of medicals with next BFD as 06 Jan, 2011. Previously my file was reviewed on 08 Oct. 2010 and I got my status update on ecas on 14 Oct. 2010. based on that I expected some news this month but to-date there is simply no instructions received nor the ecas changed. Please give me your expert opinion on my situation, my complete timeline is in my signatures.

I am a June 2007 applicant of London office.I have done with my medicals in Oct 2010 and send my RPRF and PCC from KSA on 25th of Oct.Last week I send an email enquiry to London and received the following reply.

Dear Mr. XYZ,
 
This is to advise that your medical results are complete and your documents are currently awaiting review by an Immigration Officer.

i sent my innitial application in feb 2010 and sent docs in Aug 2010 and recieved 2nd AOR in Aug 2010 end....

I think CHC London will at least touch upper time line (48 months) for applications sent between November 2007 -February 2008. The processing pattern will be much clearer by April 2011.

There is also a solid intent to use GCMS for processing these applications.

I was just wondering where the 48 months comes from? On my acknowledgement of receipt of my application it said 36-42 months.

Also what is GCMS?

I read Indian applicant forum, they are very organize and have well informed about CHC Delhi.
Pakistani applicant waits from some 2004 and all 2005
One important news share, embassies staff very capable and well trained, Government of Canada issue order all applicant process with two months they will process.
Canadian economy depends on America. American economy is down so that indirect impact on immigration process.
If you see previous history CHC Pakistan cases process.

I think your post was tilting towards judging Necter in a negative way and the way you commented about his English was probably taken to be offensive. Like Necter, I also felt your post was crossing the line. However, after reading your post again, I did see that you were analyzing Necter in a humorous way and did not mean any harm. So I hope its water under the bridge.

I do have a question for Necter and others who are asking him questions. Who are you Necter? Are you an immigration consultant? The confidence with which you are posting and replying gives an impression that you are an insider to canadian immigration system and someone who is leaking classified information  . If that's the case then keep it up buddy

So just for the sake of argument, if I start claiming that xyz event will happen by so and so date would you also start believing me? His predictions make sense and lets hope they come true.

I sent a case specific enquiry to CHC london and received an answer that Background checks are in progress. I hope you got some good news insallah for you by now as the post is almost three week old now.

1st application sent in feb 2010
1st aor recieved in April 2010
complete documents sent on 4th August 2010
2nd AOR recieved on 28th of August

When do u think i should be getting my medicals??
and do u think i should continue keeping my Proof of funds in my bank??
