Thank you Nector, I have one more question on a different subject if you can advise. I am trying to get the transcripts from Bombay University for which I am going to request someone in India to do the running arround for me. In case that dosen't come through i was wondering if i could just send them notarised copies of my degree certificate. The main confusion i have is do they require transcripts for First year Bcom, Second year Bcom and Third (final) year Bcom, or just the final year certifiate which proves that i am a gratuate (Bachleor of Commerce).
Thanks. ASMB

Dear hamayun,
There will be a concurrent processing of Islamabad application at CHC London.
As CHC London will complete the transition stage of Islamabad applications by February 2011 so, the clearer picture for Islamabad applicants will be there withing 2 months.
Nectar
Respectable Nectar Have any information about 2005 Pakistani applicant. Hamayun

Nectar,
I am May 2010 applicant and my current status is "pending review". I am currently working in Dubai so my VO is London (the slowest of them all!). My application was received on May 10 and 1st AOR on Oct 19, 2010. I sent my full documents on Feb 8 and I have not received my 2nd AOR to date. My NOC is 4131.
Would you advise writing a follow-up letter/email as to the status of my application...or is it pre-mature to do so?
With the current pattern, would you also be able to tell me when can I expect my 2nd aor and when can London VO finalize my application?
Thanks much!
Lanie

Dear Nector, Recently I have received information about my status, which shows that 1. CIC Sydney eligibility review complete 2. We received your application for permanent residence on November 26, 2010 3. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 28, 2011; please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Can you please tell me what does mean by this? My VO is London and what will happen next and also how long will take for whole process. Thanks, Biborno
Dear Biborno, Your application is still at initial phase and the entire application processing may take 12-16 months. Good Luck ! Nectar

Thanks again for this prompt reply! In my case what time London will take 44+48 or 78+?
I have got a beautiful quote and pleased to present to all forum members remember
Sacrifice is greater than Love, Character is greater than Beauty, Humanity is greater than Wealth.. But Nothing is greater than Good Relations. Good Relations don't necessarily mean finding Similarities. Its just about Respecting Differences. Yes that's true we should respect each others opinion....
Warm Regards to everyone and Nector just keep it up buddy! Zubair Jilani Dear Zubair Jilani, The processing timeframe of 42-48 months is valid for SAP CHC London applications not for Islamabad applications. CHC London may change their processing timeframe for SAP FSW 2007 applications during 3rd quarter of 2011. Nectar

Dear ASMB, Academic transcript tells personal details and entire academic achievements from first year to the final year. Please follow the CIC/CHC instructions to submit the supporting educational credentials. Nectar

OMG ...they shouldn't call it FAST TRACK! aside from London VO being very slow, the new rule has literally slowed down the processing time of ALL pre-june applications! DOUBLE MISERY..... ohhhh i hope to keep my sanity intact....from waitin...waitin...waitin in vain. anyway...thanks for the info nectar!

It is obvious, they will have to increase the time-frame, and not decrease it. Logically, in the 3rd quarter of 2011 almost all 2007 applicants would be touching the 48month, isn't it?

Question for Nectar: We just got our medical requests this morning (total 7.5 months after application reached CIO, and approx 3.5 months after it arrived at visa office). We are post-June-26 applicants. Please tell me how this is possible when you said post-June-26 were not getting processed until October 2011? Wayne.
