If any applicant under SINP family stream category who sent application to CHC London in September 2010 and got request for medical or any other information please share on this thread.

hi,
i sent my PR application and Work permit application to CHC London on 30 September and they received that on 3rd October. but i didnt receive anything from them till now. May GOD help us all...

some one told me that they will call for medical almost after five or five and half months.

i dnt know why they are making it so late..as the whole processing time is 6 months so they should boost up the process and complete whole process in 6 month

hi,

asad bhai, your case is quite different because i never seen any body who have applied 2 cases at a time. because as i know to apply for work permit u should get LMO first but here u got SINP selection certificate which is good to apply for immigration only. as per my knowledge. correct me if i m wrong. |

thank u for ur quick response. dear i done ielts with overall 5 bands. Listening 6 speaking 6 writing 5 and reading 3.5. if cic request me for ielts wt u think 5 bands r enough. i applied as a SINP family member stream with arrange employment.

On guide page 18 they require 6 bands .My advice , please improve your reading section |

i have submitted my application to CIC under the SINP Family Class Category and My file is also transfered to London Visa office on June 30, 2010, but i did not hear any thing from London therefore I sent inquery to London Visa office yesturdat and today ( Feb 8, 2011) i received the reply from Visa office that my file is awaiting for review by Immigration officer.

I do not think so, september applicant may get their medical request in Late April or May. good luck.
