CHC LONDON SAP NOVEMBER 2007-FEBRUARY 2008 APPLICATIONS

Dear all,

There is a solid chance that CHC London SAP November 2007-February 2008 FSW applications may be transferred to Ottawa Processing Unit by April 2011 for faster processing of PR applications.

CHC London will finalize all other FSW pending (pre & post February 2008) applications by April 2012.

All pre and post feb 2008 applications also include FSW application so does it mean the FSW applications of 2009 will be finalized in the first quarter of 2011?

What about applicants who have submitted docs in June 2010 and are now waiting for medical requests? Do london office intends to review these applications as well in the first half? Appreciate your response

Yes, as per application processing pattern at CHC London there is a chance you may get a correspondence from CHC London during 1st half of 2011 or 3rd quarter of 2011.

I see an AOR Nov 2007 applicant on Trackitt has made a posting that his immigration lawyer met with senior immigration officials in London a few days ago who have told him that pre-Feb 08 apps will not be dealt with until 2012, as post Feb 08 apps will take up 100% of their time in 2011 

Do you know if there is any truth in this?  Gutting news for all us pre Feb 08's if it is
