Breaking News !
Dear all,
CHC London has started to send out medical instructions to SAP FSW JULY-AUGUST 2007 applicants from week commenced on March 14, 2011.
These SAP FSW applications may be finalised by June/July 2011 depending upon security checks and submitted medical results.

Yes, it is true to some extent. After new instructions from Canadian Parliament in 2011, CHC London may prioritise backlog SAP FSW 2007/2008 applications according to the occupations in demand list. Nectar |

My question does not relate to SAP FSW 2007/2008 but to Pre June 26 FSW. Does CHC London also delays those NOC's not in the 29 list?

Thanks Mr. Nectar, Its nice to see u back  . It means that in this April we will receive our medical requests! If my BF`D is on 17-05-2011, are they going to send me MR or Are they going to wait for this date to open my file and send me MR. I feel completely loss  . Regards, Sam |

Hi Nectar, Thank you for this news. I, however, eagerly await to hear a breaking news with respect to NOV2007 applications within the next 2months,(before I decide on the next step of action), as I am not sure, that they will be able to meet the 42-48Months standard processing time. |

dear i am also 2007 appl on 15 march my office operator reciev a cal tht one guye called and askd whether i am working here, there is a courier fo me but 4 days past no one came also he called on office tel. guyes i think it may be verification cal and insha allah soon we wil get med

Regards, Sam Dear sama2007, CHC London usually works in batches of applications but immigration file can be opened anytime if programme manager wants to do faster processing in terms of medicals or additional documents or whatsoever. Dear schwarzeradler You are right, 42-48 months processing time for SAP FSW from October 2007 to February 2008 applications is impossible from now onwards. CHC London is awaiting to be instructed from the Canadian Parliament regarding these PR applications but this may not be happened until early July 2011. Nectar |

Dear elie72, Security checks (Background Checks) can only be conducted once because it is a time consuming and an expensive action to perform. Security checks can be pre or post medicals- immigration officer's discretion. PHEP request will be withinn 2-3 months after medicals provided that you have already been passed at security checks and medicals. Nectar |
