By the grace of Almighty I finally received the Medical request along with updated background form and RPR fee request through TCS, also got all my originals documents back.
Thanks to all forum members specially the senior ones who have uided me a lot.

Shifted to London :30/6/2010

Hello wellwishers, I got 2nd Medical request yesterday after 16months waiting and expiry of my 1st medical last Nov 2009! Timeline is: MR received OCT, 2009>>>MR sent Nov, 2009>>16 months waiting with two e-mails (BG review)>>> 2nd MR recieved Apr 27, 2011. Need to send asap with Police clearence (recommended to avoid more delay). Thanks a lot. Best of luck to you all. SAYEK (DUBAI APPLICANT) ... Thanks Nectar. Hi Sunasir, They do not follow any order in processing. It sometimes depends on the NOC, the quality of you paper presentation, the number of people in your file and lastly luck also plays a big role. Hope it helps. |

Dear jevan, As your PR applications has recently been sent to CHC London from CHC Islamabad therefore your application seems to be awaiting for data entry on GCMS/CAIPS. The CHC London has already advised you to await until further instructions from their office. Awaiting review means- file is nearby to be reviewed within a month timeframe or less. Good Luck ! Dear Man In Black, As per current scenario, CHC London will finalise all the fast track PR applications within the next 2-3 years. You have sent supporting documents recently (December 10, 2010) therefore your file will be at bottom in the queue. I also hope that you will be receiving 2nd AOR in 2nd quarter of 2011. Nectar |

Dear sunasir, Every PR application is processed on its merit and processing timeframe depends upon various factor such as number of family membrs and their ages, authenticity & quality of submitted supporting documents/forms and application referred to programme manager/section head at CHC etc. The receipt of results of background checks may also contribute in longer processing timeframe. dear nectar, i am may2007 applicant and got job offer aproved in oct2009 and sent to chc job offer with full doc in oct2009 now i want to know wether i am in 2007 applicant que or fast track that is between feb 2008 and june 2010. or some seperat team holding job offer. in all cases med should com as job offer is verified by visa officer in nov 2010.

Dear msaleem216, I suppose your visa office is CHC London. You will be among pre-February 2008 PR applications but your application will be dealt by 'Priority Team at CHC London because you have arranged employment in Canada and submitted the employment offer letters to your visa office. Nectar |

Dear msaleem216, Please be advised to contact CHC London immediately and find out the current status of your PR application. CHC London is open tomorrow the April 29, 2011.
Furthermore; CIC suppose to update PR applications processing timeframe and quarterly administered data in May 2011. |
