I have sent my passport to LVO on July 6, 2012 and delivered to LVO July 9, 2012. Ecas status still "In progress".
Waiting for my passport with maple leaf.

Dear All,

Greetings! I am new at this thread. Could someone reply to my following query: Our passports reached CHC London today and signed by "ASAD" Is there anyone whose package was received by this guy?

Going on 5 weeks since they have all our documents to issue visas now at London CIC and nothing yet.

Wonder what i should do now...

Anyone?

Hi Shanks,

Did they give you approximate number of days to wait for the passport? It should say in the passport request something like "We will make our best efforts to return your documents within X days but...". I suspect it should say 45 days. The convention is to wait for the time specified in the letter and then send case specific enquiry.

Please advise: did they give you the option to submit passport in person?

Hey,

I was asked to wait 6 weeks for the passports. That is why i have not sent any request asking them for it yet. I am also a QSW applicant like you btw.

And did they also offer an option to come in person in their passport request?

Thanks bro for the reply Smiley Yes, I have heard about Mageste before as well but saw Asad for the very first time, that's why a bit confused. By the way, my eCAS changed to "Decision Made" as soon as I received PPR. What about your eCAS status?

I received my PPR step 1 too around your time and my ecas status went to Decision made on the 3rd day too after receiving step1 letter.
I hope on receiving the step2 letter soon as my medicals are about to expire.
Hope to receive some updates regarding step 2 sooon ...
