Thanx for ur reply abhihappy.... ecase has been changed to decision made since they requested for passport. Could u plz explain in a bit more detail how and where to send case specific inquiry???
I applied through consultant... he keep telling me to wait. He told us that he has sent an e mail inquiring regarding our passports but didn't get any reply yet.

i did not use a consultant for my application
There are three thing you can do now
1. In the letter and or email which you/consultant there would be the address for concerned section, please send a email visa case specific enquiry email to this address re-london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca
2. If you have the airway bill number then go aonline and track it
3. IF you do not have airway bill number then call aramex local office in dubai and track it using your mobile number

The Passport comes from London to CHC abu dhabi by a Embassy courier ( Diplomatic courier and a person carries it) twice in a month.

Hi All

I sent my Passports on 13th March and these were recieved by LVO on 14th March. To date I'm waiting for ECAS to update for either Medicals Recieved or Decision Made.  But unfortunatly no movement as of yet.  This has to be the worst time for waiting - knowing full well we have got the visa but wanting to see it in our passports - seems to be the most impatient and tedious wait  Sad

I used the same e mail id to ask about my passports. But they didn't reply.Its now one and half week now i had sent the e mail.
I called aramex (qatar ) local office to ask about any shipment... but answer is always now Sad
Unfortunately i dont have the air way bill no to track it since consultant send the package... i will try to get it from him to track.
since its weekend... i think i should wait till tomorrow and will write another e mail to them ....

where does your consultant locate? as if he is in canada this might justify the delay of the pps

So, I think you should  send an email immediately to London and dont forget to put in the subject(urgent and important) as they are committed to deliver the PPs after 6 weeks max. and they treat those in the gulf in special care as for passports as they know that they cant go anywhere without the pps.
on the other hand you can get the tracking no of the pre-paid bill from the cons. to track the pps
please update once you receive the pps and I wish you all the best

Until today no call for passport collection. Called Aramex and no shipment.  Sad I've sent them e mail today. Hope to get good news soon.

dont worry buddy, as a desprate measure you could try calling the CHC abu dhabi................, i dont know if they will respond
