Breaking News !
Dear all,
CHC London will not be asking for 'Immigrant Summary and Supplemental Information Form' anymore.
This form will be deleted from CHC London official website by anytime now onwards.
It will decrease the processing time of some SAP FSW CHC London applicants for about 4-6 months.
This is the real time correct information but it is subject to change anytime.

What does it mean? As a March 2007 applicant , Does this new rule touch my application?

Nectar do you know in what way this form was affecting applicants? was it some thing to do with security checks / Bank statement or what?? Thanks |

Dear Nectar,
I did sent my update docs for twice and they didnt ask me to submit that form.I think this form wouldnt affect JAN-AUG 2007 applicants becuase most of them have already finished their background checks. Most of us just waiting for MR or PPR ! What do you think ?
I would like to know if CHC London would finish SAP 2007 applications within 42-48. How can they finish my case as I have complated 48 and more and I havent received my MR yet!

Hi Nectar,
I applied to CHC London on July 2007. I have received the updated documents and information request on July 2009, and documents been sent to CHC October 2009. On May 2010, I received the immigration Summary form request, which i then submitted in 3 days. On October 2010 I received an email from CHC London saying the security check is done and that the VO is now ready to issue the medical instructions, but they need me to update the IMM 0008 form since it has been submitted for more than a year. on Dec 2010 I emailed them to ask if there is any estimated date that I will received my medical in, and they reply by (within the first half of 2011 I will receive the medical). by end of Feb 2011, I emailed them again to ask if they are still on the same expectation, and I received this time a reply by (you will receive the medical during the second half of 2011). As I mentioned before, I applied July 2007, so any time after July 2011 will be more than 48 months. Do you have any suggestion of what to do??

[seeking for a kind guidance.I have recieved my 2AOR on 4th MAr 2011 which was issued on 28-Feb-2011 On 08-Mar-2011 my estatus shows "In Processing" and inside prosessing detail is as under: "We received your application for permanent residence on April 22, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 19, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. We transferred your application to the London England office on July 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you" Does 2AOR means according to the documents me is qualified now authetication of the documents to be checked? waiting for your valuable comments. With regards
