Dear all,

I hope all of you are doing very well.

I always wish to disseminate good information to ease you guys.

Currently fast track FSW post February 2008 applications are on the highest priority at CHC London but from April 2011 London based SAP FSW applications submitted until August 2007 will also go along and will be finalsed in 47-48 months at CHC London. The processing time at CHC London for SAP FSW applications will be 47 months approximately by July 2011.

By October 2011, CHC London will clear its SAP FSW inventory of applications submitted until October 2007.

The SAP FSW applications who haven't got supporting documents update instructions (October 2007 to February 2008) are still on hold until further instructions given by the Canadian Parliament. Canadian Parliament may instruct CIC any time after passing the bill of proposed amendments in the selection criteria of FSW category.

The straight forward SAP Ottawa Processing Unit applications will have to meet the lowest 42 months FSW processing times.

CHC London FSW post June 26, 2010 applications will be processed on the highest priority from October 2011 onwards.

I hope this information is of assistance to you.

Hi Nectar, I am a post june 2010 applicant and received the PER on 4th of May and Ecas changed to RBVO on 27th of May. I have two questions..

1) You said the post june 2010 application wil be considered higher priority after september 2011.. does that mean  my application is on hold untill october or they slow down the processing..In that case my status wil be changing to 'in process' only after september 2011..

2) you also mention that Post june 2010 applicants take about 10-18 months for processing ..is that duration applicable from the date we received PER or the status changed to 'in process'...

3) in these circumstances how long does it takes approximately for me to reach ' in process'..

Thanks in advance...

Dear Nectar
thanks the useful news update you have been giving. I am July 2007 case and medicals was completed in Oct 2010. Till I havent got PPR. In March 2011 when checked with CHC, London i was advised 'waiting for background clearance by IO'. Unfortunately, I am through a consultant who is of no use other than doing postman job. Questions: a) Is there a hope I will get visa before expiry of my medical date. b) can i write to CHC London directly although I am with consultant c) will there be a breathing time to travel between visa data/pp receit and expiry of medical date d) what should I do now.
Please advise.
SS

Dear shankariyer,

Hi Nectar

I have a question for you I have two application submmited

1. In year 2006 which shows the online staus ( In Process)
2. Complete Doc sent to CHC london on 15 Sep 2010 Pre June 26 Cases - Shows - RBVO

My question is i have declared in my recent application about the refrence and file # of previous application. But I can check the status of both the application with there respective file # , further in my recent application i have provide the all as of details , but have not updated the previous file ( like my daughter details were not included in previous one  as she boen later)

Can you please advise what will be the impact on my case. Is this possible that both file can available fpr processing and further if CHC consider my old application first should I send all the recent detials.

Please note that both the applications were filled though an approved consultant.

Regards
Miza

Dear Miza,

Your application must be processed according to the rules in place at the time of application submission however backlog applications have been put on hold until further instructions.

Dear Biborno,

In case your employer has a personnel or HR department, it should be OK because HR/Personnel address should remain the same.

Dear ajis ,

1- None of post june 25, 2010 applications on hold but are being processed in a chronological order.

2- CHC received your complete application from CIC.

3- Hopefully 3rd quarter 2011.
