Dear Nectar,

First accept my warm regards for such wonderful inputs on SAP FSW. i have been a silent observer to this forum since long, in short after reading your first and below mentioned thread i wonder why should not i ask you about myself as well. I am a PK resident and applied in July 2008. According to Online status "we received you application on July 08 and transfered to NS office for process" Than next line "we received your applicaition on September 2009 and transfered to London office, they will contact you, etc." Importantly after one year of submission the application form in NOC 0611, I was lucky to got my AEO approved by HRDC and submitted that as well in 2009. But despite all these efforts yet to see any positive impact on application process. While applying i was 44 yrs old and now i am crossing 48. I am still keep my fingers crossed as i dont have any choice. i asked my consultant but could not get sufficient reply.

Would be glad if you could bring some valuable input into my case? Probably i find a satisfactory dose from you for this year!!!

Awaiting a reply

keep it up and best regards
Zubair Jilani

Dear Respected Forum Members,

Please be advised to understand the working pattern on processing of FSW applications. The 'PROCESSING HOLD ON' can be applied on any stage of application processing.

I will also suggest respected forum members to avoid sending e-mails to Honourable CIC Minister/Higher Authority because you are just marking your file unnecessarily by doing so which may lead your file to be reviewd more carefully along with furtherence details.

CIC aims to look after all the permanent residents of Canada in a better way so that majority of them can start their employments in Canada within the 6 months of their landing but allowing more than 3 thousand people to enter Canada under 1 or 2 NOCs (such as 4131- College and Other Vocational Instructors/0213- Computer and Information Systems Managers) in one year is not good for Canada's economy as well as prospective immigrants.

Dear Zubair Jilani,

Arranged Employment PR Applications are dealt by the 'Priority Team' NOT Red or White Team at CHC London. I will suggest you to contact CHC London immediately and find out the current status of your PR application.

Please remember that there is a separate immigration team to process Islamabad applications at CHC London.

Good luck in your PR application.

Dear saedmahraan,

The current average of clearing backlog (pre February 208) applications is about 75000-80000 applications/year. But this average will indeed increase in near future just because of smaller inventory of post june 26, 2010 PR applications.

The current total until March 2011 of pre February 2008 backlog applications awaiting decisions may fall between 300,000 to 325,000 applications.

I hope this informations is of assistance to you.

So Nectar your "we are leaving this forum for legal reasons" was once again just a another publicity stunt?

Any source for your information above? Didn't think so.

Were you able to get Ali's details within 6 hours are you said you would? Didn't think so.

Are you ever going to answer my question as to how you arrive at the figure 3500 post-June-26 applications at CHC London when the total worldwide across 44 visa offices is only 10,000? Didn't think so.

Now, please for once do what you actually say you're going to do, and stop posting here.

Please note much of the information on the process relates to 2010/2011 process. A new process is coming out for FSWP in May 2013.

Hey Nectar,
Nice to see you back in action.
Any update/ news with regards to Nov2007 Applicants     @     the LONDON office, or is it still the same situation as you mentioned earlier on i.e those awaiting documents update request (Nov07-Jan08) are being put on hold until further notice or indefinitely.
Another question is, do you know how long (months) it takes to process a file to finalization, should it be a straight forward case?
Appreciate your thoughts on this.

Thanks.
Oh! by the way , I think you should refrain from indulging in any unnecessary and provocative discussion(s) and argument(s).

Thank you Necter for this prompt reply, once again an amazing feedback!
i will surly raise the same to CHC London soon.
Just for the information my major query to you was how long a decision on AEO case will be taken (with current huge backlog/cases)?
Keeping AEO do i need IELTS band?
Will there be any interview for AEO applicant?
Do i need to show USD while interview?
I hope i am able to see quick reply on my queries.
Thanks and take care of yourself.
Zubair

By the way i have find you humble person but just wondering why you are not replying or clarifying the issues about your ability raised by the seniors of this forum??? Replying other queries with silence can only only  confuse innocent member who hase desire to learn more from you. Remember the image is the only thing that will last!!! A mistake can be removed by saying a word Sorry if needed.
Why so many seniors are against you??? I hope you understand this.

Dear Zubai Jilani,

There must be information on a formal CIC interview letter if you called for the interview.

Arranged Employment PR applications usually processed with highest priority. I think the delay in your application might be due to the transitions of Islamabad applications to CHC London.

Schwarzeradler.

Dear schwarzeradler,

The active processing of straight forward PR application either take 6-8 months or sometimes 1 year.

The SAP FSW PR applications submitted during October 2007 to February 27, 2008 are still on hold until further instructions from the Canadian Parliament or the CIC Minister.

I hope this is for your assistance.
