I have been waiting silently, never wrote to them hence never received such kind of reply. This was an autogenerated reply that u have received from them. U'll receive ur case specific reply within 28 days from the date of this reply. Do let us know what they send u in future. TC

For all of us who are too eager to get a PR as soon as possible! A real eye opener and a must read: Is Canada Worth it? http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/is-canada-worth-it-t63189.0.html

Dear Nectar,

Thanks for the info and your help.

I am an APR-2007 applicant at London CHC. I sent my medical examination reports, updated PCC and updated Sch 1 forms to CHC London in Oct 2010. Since then all my status queries have been answered as "Awaiting B/C results". In Jan 2011 CHC London replied that they await B/C results and PHEP / Passport requests are expected in Spring.

When Can I expect my passport requests for visa stamping.

Thanks in Advance, CHINTU

please dont be pessimistic and of you are than dont spread this around...you ve been one of the unlucky ones who s app got in the transition phase (islamabad to London)...so thats the reasons about 4-6 months were taken without any progress in your apps....applicants who sent their docs directly to london will not be effected by this.

Dear Respected Forum Members,

Please be advised to understand the working pattern on processing of FSW applications. The 'PROCESSING HOLD ON' can be applied on any stage of application processing.

I will also suggest respected forum members to avoid sending e-mails to Honourable CIC Minister/Higher Authority because you are just marking your file unnecessarily by doing so which may lead your file to be reviewd more carefully along with furtherence details.

CIC aims to look after all the permanent residents of Canada in a better way so that majority of them can start their employments in Canada within the 6 months of their landing but allowing more than 3 thousand people to enter Canada under 1 or 2 NOCs (such as 4131- College and Other Vocational Instructors/0213- Computer and Information Systems Managers) in one year is not good for Canada's economy as well as prospective immigrants.

Correction!! The VO timeline starts when you have received the 2nd AOR (specifically the date mentioned on the AOR). As that guarantees the receipt of your documents and also that your application has been created in their system! otherwise the package might not be opened and kept with other stacks of applications.

its starts when u have submitted ur complete application package.
