Dear all I want to know one thing if someone can help I send my application to SN on 15th September 2009 and till date no reply. My main question is that I read in cic website that all education document must be college and university seal envelop but if it's not possible then what will happened please explain I am living in Saudi Arabia and my hometown Peshawar Pakistan it's very difficult for me to do this kind or work for CIC there is any other way? As I know some people apply without doing this kind of thing just they do Notary public and send their document to cic and they accept it so I did the same but still I am waiting for my AOR. Well some has this kind of experience please help.

For me, they accepted.
Sometimes, the embassy of your country in Saudi Arabia can also notarize certificates. You may want to explore that option as well. Its better than just some Notary's seal.
