Hi,
The timeline for spouse application is showing 21 months which is way too long. IS it the minimum time required to process the application or maximum?
If it is maximum the what is the earliest time?

If the number is from the CIC site - 80% of cases are completed in the timeframe.
All times vary, plan for longer.
