For those who just submitted application and waiting anxiously, my timelines so far

Applied 16 Jan
Medical call 10 feb
Medical done 12 Feb (I checked with medical ppl on 17 Feb and they told me that my reports will be couriered by them on 18 Feb)
Passport resubmitted 18 Feb

Thats a neat timeline.

Here's mine:

Applied: 23rd Jan
Medical Call: 10th Feb (They asked for some additional docs as well)
Medical Done: 22nd Feb
Passport Resubmitted: 1st Mar (Along with the additional docs requested)

I should have resubmitted the passport earlier but there were some unexpected holidays in between. Hoping for the best now. Lets see if i get a similar result as HS Insha Allah.

ur passport submission time is ok.
I checked with my medical ppl to know when my documents were couriered by them. As u cud see, i resubmitted a week later (on the back end I checked and submitted by passport when my medical was couriered by medical ppl).
no need to worry.
inshAllah, expect 3 weeks normal time (from the date of resubmission of passport)

Got my passport today with the visa stamped Alhamdolillah 

I know this is freakishly early. When the fedex people called me today in the morning, asking to collect my passport, I was tensed that such a prompt reply from the embassy might mean I'm not getting the visa. But Alhamdolillah everything worked out fine. Here's my final timeline:

Applied: 23rd Jan
Medical Call: 10th Feb (They asked for some additional docs as well)
Medical Done: 22nd Feb
Passport Resubmitted: 1st Mar (Along with the additional docs requested)
Visa stamp date: 4th Mar
Passport Received: 8th Mar
