CHC ISLAMABAD

I Have received a letter from Islamabad mentioning that "YOUR IMMIGRATION VISA APPEARS READY TO BE ISSUED SUBMIT THE PASSPORT AFTER REMEDICAL on 14/9/2011 for my dependent child from CHC Islamabad and duly submitted on 29/9/2011 after remedical done on september 29th 2011 but those passport are sent back to me on 11/10/2011 because they want the thumb impression of child on the passport and after doing thumb impression it was duly sent back to islamabad on 11/10/2011.Can any one tell me that how long it will take to get the visa stamp.
