Hey sha Brtoher, Congratulations upon getting approval! As you know bro you and me have the almost same timeline your application was received on 17 and mine on 18 but I did not get email from them yet 
What you think will there be any problem with my application? Can you check your status online now?
Is that true if you contact CIC Call Centre often they can put your file under the pile and bcoz of that Can you be penalized?
I'm really worried now!

I think we are all going to have about the same timelines since they've split the workloads.

For the Credit Card section, they want the information related to the person who is paying. Since your paying for the application, your info is needed and the bottom sheet. However, usually they ask for info if its different from the card-holder. If your the card-holder you don't need add additional info.
Secondly, the email they sent your regarding your approval letter, is the one you attach and send along with CSQ. So if you got the email stating your approved go ahead and send it to MICC.

in the CreditCard form for CSQ there a section at the bottom:

Section – Information about the principal applicant (the principal applicant is the person
who submits the undertaking application)

I am confused here, is it me (sponsor) or my wife (sponsored person) the principal applicant ?

I'm what they call a "nikah case", have not visited wife since our nikah. Waiting for PPR now...

Naqibee applied a month before you and she hasn't heard anything yet. I had the same timeline as her and I got approved almost a month ago. Its hard to say whats going on..

Timeline: App recvd CPC-M : 17th April 2012
Email from Ottawa - Decision made: 17th July 2012

You should start calculating 26 months after your file transfer to CHC-Islamabad.Its long time bro we have to wait

Hi Farakh bro,

I called them once last week and was thinking on calling them again on Thursday but shukar allah got the response. I dont think calling them does any harm unless you call them every 2 hours which i m sure you wont.

I would highly recommend to see the below group. Its for all April 2012 applicants irrespective of visa offices. Theres a google doc http://goo.gl/6Pm1Y as well

If you look no one except me for 17th April has been approved yet so hang in there I am sure you'll get the email /E-cas update by next Tuesday at the most.

E-cas only shows that my application has been received and thats it not mentioning that decision has been made or that the file is being transferred.

Well, the email that i got with subject: "FCP Eligibility Decision F00000XXXX"

Also at the bottom of that very same email it shows that it came from
Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa

now in the email they mentioned that I have met federal eligibility requirement for sponsor and that "the application for permenant residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing" the visa office being Islamabad ofcourse as they mention in the email as well.

Hi Honeywell, I have a question for you as well.

So you got the email on 8th July. Right now when you (sponsor) login to E-cas what does it show? For me it only states that file has been received and thats it.

2. In that email are you given a file number starting with F and followed by 9 digits? And UCI is the same as sponsor's UCI? I was thinking that my wife would get a new UCI?

3. have you tried logging in with that file number and sponsored person's detail?

4. you know your file transfer date from where?

I read in this forum that someone said that their file is not being transfered to ISL and is being processed in Ottawa. How did you guys come to that? The email that you received did it not mention that file is being transferred to ISL?

i called the call centre last week and they let me know that i was approved as a sponsor back in early June (submitted application in end of march) and now for step 2 its sent to the Ottawa pilot processing branch for processing.  the lady on the phone mentioned that ottawa will speed up the process as ISB branch has a very long delay...
