Oh i was wondering may be am the only march applicant who still not approved in 93 days but Naqibee 97 days and rites.of.spring 96 days we are in same boat any ways Hope we will get approved during next week inshalah best of luck for all .... |

AOA,
As some of you know, I have applied for my wife sponsorship VIA IMMIGRATION LAWYER in Jan 2012 and got approval letter in Apr 20, 2012, when I check my status online with UCI# it shows Decision Made and file has been transfered to ISB as well. It shows my home address and mailing address which is for MY LAWYERS address but when I check status with Application F*** numbers it shows my wife's name and her mailing address which is ALSO MY IMMIGRATION LAWYER address in canada so is that means all the communication will be sent to my lawyers office in canada? not to my wife's address in pakistan. I am confused...I mean any sort of inquiry if they need to ask to my wife, will it be coming to my lawyers office in canada? one more thing she also born in Kuwait but been living in pak all her life so is that gonna make this sponsorship case faster?

you selected the lawyers as your and spouses representatives, so all inquiries from chc-isl will be sent to your lawyers, not you nor your spouse... your wife being born in kuwait will and nor should it hasten/slow your case in any manner... |
