I had to wait 101 days to receive correspondence from them bro. Submitted my application feb 27th and got a Approval/File Transfer mail on June 7th. However some ppl also got their file transferred at the 90 day mark too.

You might have to wait a little while longer.

I was wondering if the website gets updated with any new information once your file is received in ISB? Does the status change? is there any indication once the file is received in ISB?

Quick question for riter.of.spring; when you log into your ecas what date does it mention of when they received the application?

Mine says:
"We received ***Wife's name*** application for permanent residence on January 5, 2012.
 
Medical results have been received. "

The reason I am askign is becasue my file was transfered to Islamabad at the end of March, I received a letter dated March 30. So just wanted to see what yours said.

My e-status shows the following under the applicant:

We received ____ ______'s application for permanent residence on February 27, 2012.

Can someone tell me if its a problem that the status doesn't say anything about medical results?
Her meds were sent in with the application.

Perhaps the "meds received" line is the indicator that the file is now in ISB.

example if ur were involved in a car accident and were injured seriously or diagnosed with cancer and u needed amily support and u send chc doctors letter stating that u need somone close to u to be with u totake care of u

chc will have the applicant issue a visa ASAP

but if its the sponsors parents no chance

i am in that range also (25-30) budget is tight but live with ur parents and save and let ur parents have fun times with grand kids

Any expert predictions as to when this crash is going to occur??

yar i am well aware of the market and its situation... i know the prices will crash some time soon... and it will all be due to the interest rates... however, and keeping that in mind, i am out there looking for an investment based property, which i will rent out till the wife gets here, and then if feasible, stay in it, or sell it... that way some equity is created and the money just doesn't rot in the bank... i have set a budget which makes sense and is realistic to my situation... not like people who cannot afford a house worth 300K but look and aspire to buy a 500K house...

mine just says application recieved- nothing about medicals..

So to confirm has your file reached ISB? I thought your file reached there on the 16th of March?
