You will be getting soon becoz it is been over 90 days hopefully you will get your approval letter next week or so. and mine heck no I send my wife's Permanent residence Application on April 16, 2012 and they received it on April 18, 2012 and hopefully i will getting mine in da mid of July or at the end July Inshallah!

surely we will keep u in prays.. last year my wife was pregrent and i even applied for the visiting visa  but they rejected, i gavethem my wife medical and all stuff, i litterly beg them and wrote many emails but all in vain.. they r hard people, but for security resons they have the edge, just dont worry in the end all will b in ur favour,
I also did my medical and waiting for the passport request!! hoping to receive it soon

hi all,

i received my sponsor approval on May 9th.. and application was submitted in Feb 2012..

i am able to login into ecas.. and it only shows..

"We received your application for permanent residence on February 2, 2012."

have they not received the medical? .. in the email it said that they have transferred the file to isb .. but it doesn't it on the ecas..

anyone from April or May in the same boat?

I am being sponsored by my wife... My file reached Mississauga on March 5th... but no response yet.. I think I will get file number in June...

I have one question. My wife is a PR and she is in Canada. Can she come to visit me in Pakistan while my sponsorship case is in progress? I heard that only Canadian citizens can travel out of Canada while their spouse case is in progress but those on PR can't. is it true?

if its going to take 3 + 26 = 29 Months then that is VERY CRUEL rule.. we will have to live apart for almost 3 years?

brother ur passport request was with the Med request accorrding to the e-mail response

there had to be 2 extra papers with that request

e-mail and tell them u only recieved medical request and not PP request

they think they sent it to u

It takes about 3 weeks before file is recieved at islamabad

Check in coming days 2 more lines will be attached

guyz i called cic today, they told my application is approved and has been sent to isb today and they told they sent an email to my representative.... but my representative has not received any email, is it normal??? my application was mailed feb 14 and received feb 15

why would they have ur reps e-mail address and not urs

call them back and tell them to e-mail u once the file leaves CPC - Mississauaga they cant help u
