on my e-case it shows we recived for PR on september 15 but i got approval on august 31

in the forms there was a question that did you send money to your spouse? i chose NO, because i had no receipts and i used to send my hubby money b4 our marriage. and then later also. but i didnt show up in the forms that I help my husband sometimes financially, does chc has way to check if i ever sent my husband money to pak? what should i do?

You should have chose yes, If you were supporting your Hubby financially before marriage but it is too late now just wait until you hear from CHC-Islamabad to re-fill some forms If they request you so send them these receipts along with the additional documents. Make sure if you are still supporting your Hubby financially then retain/keep all the receipts for your record you probably need in the future when your case should be in process.

So I assume that it doesn't really matter if it's a full marriage or a Nikkah; the time it takes is the same. I wanted to ask you one more thing; if you send supporting documents voluntarily, does CHC I update your file or do they send a letter or something, that they have received it?

yes they update ur file and attach it

I sent it to them last week and they got yesterday, I already have file number when my file was approved in mississauga. Do you think it makes a difference that I sent them more evidence?

of course it does ur case becomes more stronger

i send the 17 months of proof and my case went in process 7 months thats pretty fast

Case Type: Sponsoring Wife.
Application submitted to CIC-Missassauga on March 12 2012 through Xpress Post.
Application was delivered to CIC-Missassauga a week later.

Nikkah: May 2011
Rukshati: December 2011
Stayed With Wife from Dec 2011 to Feb 2012.
