for wht i have read on the forum it takes around 2-3 months sometimes even sooner like weeks...i m guessing you will get it soon coz in all honesty U SO DESERVE IT!! 2009 - TO DATE WOW!! U r one strong person!! all the best for the very bright future!!  All the credit goes to my husband, if it wasn't for his support, I wouldn't have the strength that I have today. Trust me I am not strong at all...all that I've done since July 2011 is cry and pray. I even applied for visitor's visa in May 2011, but that too got refused...but then Alhumdulilah a week after the refusal my husband got the request for re-med and passport. Everyone please make dua for me in the blessed month of Ramadan and I hope & pray the same for everyone else...May Allah SWT unite us all with our spouses...Ameen! |

thanks for sharing the info Khilafa, too bad I didn't take many pics  I only sent like 3 or 4 during my 3 week visit to my wife...and those too didn't have us both in the same pic, they were separate lol. What a crappy visit it was :/ since we received re-med I guess it means they consider our relationship genuine and stuff? also I wanted to mention..the stupid police in Quetta wouldn't listen to us and put in that shes lived there "since birth to Feb 19, 2011 to April 22, 2012" (she actually came to RWP Feb 14 I think and then moved to Quetta end of Jul 2011 and back to RWP April 22, 2012) I don't know how this will impact our case...considering the information isn't matching what we've already indicated to the immigration. |

Another quick question.
What is the best/cheap way to call from Pakistan to Canada, and from Canada to Pakistan, that also gives the record of the calls. Other than skype.
Get a comwave phone account. The phone is VOIP, for $30 per month you get a line, plus unlimited calls to Pakistan and other countries. You get a record of every outgoing call. This is what I used, and it was accepted as proof of relationship. |

hey brother I have a question about GCMS notes...my sister applied for them over a month ago (July 1, 2012) and she has not yet gotten any email. I applied recently as well (July 26, 2012) and am awaiting response. How long does it take to get the notes?? I thought it was 30 days...but my sister has waited over that period of time now with no email back... |

don't worry about it. do ur medical because u can get ur medical done with pp as it says in the request letter. when u r done with medical write a cover letter explaining the situation nd attach receipt of medical nd then send it.
