GCMS notes are notes from the officers handling your case. So it may help give you information on where your case stands, whats happened so far and whether they believe your relationship to be genuine or not. Only costs $5 and you can apply for it electronically so it doesn't affect your case timeline. I am still waiting for response on mine.

The sponsor has to fill and send these two forms, 1 - Form name IMM5475E www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf2 - Form name IMM5563E www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdfYou have to make the payment of $5 before you send the form, and get the receipt number and add the copy of the receipt as the proof of the payment with your application. Below is the link to make the online payment. hello.....
can any one help me ..... my application received on 7th march 2012..... the status shown on the site ........ but on june 26 my wife recieved the leter that u can not sponser ur spouse bcause u recived social assistance ...... my wife recently completed her graducation and applying for a job hope that she wil get it soon ....... her parents was recieving social assistance but now they r working ful time and she is living with them .......... can any one help me out what we can do know .... thanx regards
job is not necessary............main thingee is kai social assistance na ho..........either u guys have to clear that social assistance payment as they check t4 for last 2 years . |
