is it enough that i did the case specific inquiry through there web system or do i have to send them a mail through post to otify of this mistake i m really worried if they tried to send the documents on that addresss then i wud be in huge trouble cz they wont get to me then nd its completely there mistake nd thatx for the reply moreover i m applying from pakistan so plz help me regarding that .........i will be thankful to u
ok i understand i will post them my letter as soon as possible thanx for the reply can u plzzz tell me wat is the template of that letter that u send to them nd plz keep in mind that they put my address wrong on the ecas i fillied in the forms correcly i have the photocopies ov them with me nd moreover do i have to mention my file number on that letter

You can fax that letter if you have applied 9-10 months ago and are soon to be done your initial review. This way it won't take as much time to correct your address. It was completely their mistake in my address as well, but you can't do anything about it rather than writing them a letter sign it and either mail or fax it to CHC. You have to write your name, DOB and File number on the letter, otherwise they wouldn't correct it.
The format of the letter could be like this:
Subject: Correction of Address
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing in regards to a mistake on my current address that appears on E-case. The address that appears is as follow:
124 XYZ Street, Block "A'
The Correct address is as follows:
123 XYZ Street, Block "A'
Please make a note of it on your side.
