They accept all the evidence you mentioned, but the main thing, is consummating the marriage, if someone shows them that its nikah only and not rukhsati, I saw many cases in interview que and process can go more than 2 years. They were used to accept Nikkah only cases but now they delay files for long time if they realize that marriage is not consummated yet. I know one of mine friends case, they received a refusal letter and letter was saying that even though relationship seems genuine with all supporting documents but marriage has not been consummated, so your file has been refused on these grounds.
That is some f***** up reason to refuse an application. Did your friend protest the decision? Did he go to higher authorities? At least his MP? What the f*** do they want, a sex tape? Bunch of low life scum. |

everyone sayin that nikah cases get delayed really scares me out, bcz i had complete marriage but i do not have walima pics, and in the form where there was a question for reception i wrote that we had dinner with family and close friends, i did not mention that we do not have walima pics , i just sent around 20 pics of nikah day but nikah day was a great function and i sent pics with family and friends. i didnt go for honeymoon with my husband because of lack of time, and i had only 1 pic with my husband after marriage at a restaurant which i sent them, so i sent around 20 pics of nikah and 1 pic after shadi. now i am worried that i dont get objection for walima pics  mine was love marriage and r relation b4 marriage was since 2005, i sent some proofs and emails of before marriage also, can any senior advise me anything on it please that my relationship would look genuine to isb? |

the forms we sent them initially do they still review and compare it with the forms we send when the ask to re do the forms, as they are not all the forms they ask us to re do right,, just some of them... and i didnt get the re pcc request, i just had few crosses in the letter i got, just the forms, on going relationship and sponsor's visit ... is it necessary to get re pcc at the time we get the request for additional documents  ... or is it me alone who didnt get it,, |

And your not alone, some don't get re pcc request, some do. |

actually i just realized i made a mistake while filling out my application, they didnt ask me to refill that form.. and i have sent all those things already too which they requested
so i was just wondering should i correct it with updated information and send them again voluntary with a cover letter pointing out my mistakes, its IMM5490E sponsored/partner spouse questionnaire, now i have my reception and honeymoon pics too, its updated as i sent recent visit of spouse and walima pics too? so should i correct it and send it or let it be as one way or they other where i made the mistake in the previous form it is corrected by information i just sent...

InshAllah I will be starting the sponsorship process for my hubby as well..Before I begin, I was wondering if its more preferable to do the immigration process through a lawyer? Does it help make your file more legitimate and speed up the process? InshAllah Allah(SWT) will help us reunite with our spouses veryy soon  |

My husband got a letter today from CIC requesting forms:
IMM 00008
IMM 5406
IMM 5669
However, IMM 0008 isn't downloading correctly. Anyone know the correct web address?
Did anyone else have this kind of request...any idea what happens after we submit these requested forms?

They also ask me just Pak supplementary form and proof of my visit after marriage nothing else. If there is something wrong they will ask you again (hope Not) and even my wife's med going to be expire in 4th august. Insha Allah next PPR |
