Hi everyone yesterday i ask about this but no one reply me.. kindly help me senior members...
I want to apply GCMS notes. as they mentioned that who is Canadian citizen can apply them. So, how my wife get the information about my file.

Is these are the form which i fill? or there is another way to order them...

Yes, as I understand (instructions from here and CIC website, just recently ordered).


Need the Principal Applicant from Pakistan to fill in IMM 5475 which gives CIC the consent to release his/her info. to you, the Sponsor.
Fill out IMM 5563 yourself, has to be the Canadian Citizen or PR: Access to Information Act, fastest would be email and Electronic Files for Status of Application...don't do Physical Files or it will go to Islamabad and slow down your case.

Lastly use their online payment site to pay $5.00 and attach that receipt to the email. Also since its your first time, you need to attach proof of Citizenship or PR (passport, citizenship card, PR card etc.).

Send to the email address on bottom of IMM 5563.

shukar allhamdullillah by grace of almighty i got my pp back with visa. now finally its over for me. soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happppppppppppppppppppppyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. oncve again thank u awl for ur prayers nd support. my prayers r with u ppl always. my timeline is as follows

chc-missiisuga= march 2011
chc isl= may 2011
remed+ppr= 7th june 2012
ppr with visa= 30th june 2012

in list we are named by m_alihussain.

regarding Nikahnama, do we need to register it with NADRA, they asked for original nikahana showing date of registration at union councile.

I also got the request to get Nika Nama from the union council and send that in...so im getting someone to get it from union council to send to them w/English certified copy of course.

but I sent the original copy the same I got from nikah registrar from masjid. it has stamp of union council but it did not show any date on it.

I think thats what we sent the first time, original urdu + english certified copy. But I am not sure if it had the union council stamp, my dad says he thinks it did. So I don't know why the hell they're asking for it again...can't we email them to ask why they want another copy? or we just gotta shut up and do it??

yes freind i am in Kabul - Afghanistan. is it ur second or first time to send them the documents ? because it was my second time n my dad went to islamabad n sent it by TCS to CHC cuz here the Afghan Foreign ministrty told me that u have to get the pollice form from Afghan Embassy in Islamabad then my father went to there n got it and put it with other requiered documents together then sent it by TCS to CHC on last thursday i hope u got it n if u have any question abut it plz let me to help u on this way thanks

I got my ppr recently they asked in letter to submit rprf from canada but the sponser is here can we submit rprf from pakistab or sponser has to go back to canada for rprf..?

useless to send email, we can't argue with them. I asked my wife in Karachi to get it done from Nadra office, they issue a 1page documents contains both Urdu/ English text on it.
I request senior members , please advise.

but then its not original...right? because it clearly states in the letter to send the original from union council. Are you sure they will just accept the document from Nadra?
