The letter that i received says to comply with all requests marked with an X.
X Please properly and truthfully complete the IMM8, Schedule A and IMM5406 and supplementary information/afghanistan questionnire...........

Doesn't matter if you sent the forms in the begenning, they want updated new forms, you have to VALIDATE them on your computer before printing, it will give you barcodes too. For the supplementary form (the afghanistan is marked I see). |

Dude, I got the same request! LOL I sent them the forms originally as well, but as lonelyinca mentioned...we need to resend updated forms. So make sure you got all the new updated info on there. I also have to send additional proof (pictures, proof of visits etc.). I think after this its 2-3 months wait for them to process and then request remed + ppr...can Khilafah please confirm? thank you bro!!!! |

i got the same requirements. they are asking u to fill main form imm8, imm5406, imm5669 and supplementary information form which are available from the link checked by them. actually everyone who applied during or before july 2011 is required to fill new forms |

ya, I see the same problem, may be its new issued number and their system not updated yet.
there is something wrong with the system,i have tried with both F000000000 & B0000000 but no result whereas i have send them required documents |

Hey Mansor, you are from kabul right? maybe you are entering incorrect information, or they made a mistake in your date of birth or something and so the credentials aren't working for ya... You may have to enter the sponsor's/applicant's info depending on who's file# you're using |

I want to apply GCMS notes. as they mentioned that who is Canadian citizen can apply them. So, how my wife get the information about my file.
