today I got my medical request.

your a june file transfer right??  When Did your e cas change?

Is it a husband or wife case?

be careful -- just dont lie when they ask about entry and exits of your wife and how long she has been living with you because they can get access to airline records ----

Don't worry
i have given them all travel history, with passport copies. clearly showing entry and exit stamps.

Here is my plan...Since my file got transferred in june 2011.. I am expecting some kind of letter from them. I will wait and see what the letter says. If they send me he medical and ppr thn no worries.

However if they send me an objection letter (before refusing my application they will send me an objection letter and ask to provide proof that my wife will go back once the visa is issued??? ) I will book my wife a flight and send them a copy of the ticket. and later on send them entry n exit stamps

I am hesitant on sendind my wife back right now..because I kknow i should be getting a letter soon. just want to find out what they want before i send her back

if he/ She is a Canadian Citizen he/She can sponser you from anywhere in the world, its only if he/She is a Canadian PR that he / She would have to return (and stay) to Canada before he/ She can sponser you.

This is what i foundout while searching / reading other forums cuz mine case is similar to yours. my wife and daughter are here since june 2011.

They do usually send an objection letter before refusing a case right??

no they just send a lettr of refusal...no objection letter before refusal...

Hi Mah - no you don't have to send them anything.. New Delhi will update the results.. keep checking on e-cas it will update there also.. another forum member's husband did the medical and the results updated 20 days later on e-cas.. I would say it's good to have a reciept in case there is a discrepency.. but you don't have to send anything to them normally.. my hubby also did medical on June 8 and ecas hasn't updated yet but it was delivered to new Delhi on June 21st so I guess they take another week or so to update it..

THEN U HAVE TO APEAL THATS ANOTHER 18-24 MONTHS

ITS A BIG RISK
