Mansor.... You could request the ministry to send the police certificate to Canada;this way your spouse can send it to CHC-I much easier instead of you visiting Pakistan....
yes your right brother but i should visit pakistan cuz i have alot of other things to send from peshawer pakistan like proofs of my jobs n proofs of my education, contact with her during this time , proofs of her visiting from afghanistan last year wit ticket n photos n entry n exit stamp, IMM08 form, IMM5406E and IMM5669E forms so that is why i should visit pakistan. one question dear freind n other freinds that the asked me about financial support ( money ) but i didnt get any money from my wife yet cuz i have good job n enough income even sometimes i send her some money from afghanistan to canada so wat should i write to them plz let me to know better abut it tyhanks  / |

bro i got the same request last month and also my wife is living in canada just came fr 2 month and not doing any job there i just show that she is stydying and she has some some saving in his account just put 5000R$ in her account and only i send bank satatment and i put in my account in pakistan only 900000.and my daughter original birth certificate issue fr canada
so just send all that u arrange

I was sponsored by my Wife August 24, 2011. File was transferred to CHC-Islamabad for further processing in November 1, 2011. Up till now i haven't heard anything from CHC-Islamabad, how much more it will take? Should i order GCMS notes? Please inform what is the process and how to order it.

I am not sure what its about just yet, I will get my wife to pick it up and type it to me so I can find out what the next step is for us. Depends if it has been almost 9 or more months since you got accepted as sponsor, it can be request for more proofs / updated forms or remed repcc. All depends. Let us know.

Did you guys hold a traditional wedding shadi + walima? If yes, it can be remed/repcc if not, most likely it's request for forms and proofs.. |

this is scaring me. My wife has also sponsored me in june 2011 but came back to pakistan in jan 2012 after the birth of my daughter. It was getting hard for her to live there alone. Now she has been with me for 6 months. I haven't informed CHC that my wife is here and do not intend to do so either. Do you think they will find out and request all these things from me too?  @ Mr Mohi.... Bro ur wife shudnt be staying with u for than 6 months...coz this goes negative on ur part...u shud send her back n everyone is living like this...by hook or crook she has to live there with ur child unless ur case isn't finalized...coz if she isn't working then it wud make ur case mire complicated..n will delay ur porcess n I hope u dunt want it tht way..so send her back n let her do some kinda work..n they already knw tht she's here in Pakistan coz she's out frm the immigration since last 6 months..so if u dunt even tell them they knw tht she's here on Pakistan...its nt gud at all..send her back so tht they dunt put a question on ur file..rest ur choice if u want to complicate it or get over with it.. Gud luck.. |

bro when i put my info it say this ''We received dino55411s application for permanent residence on December 13, 2011''
so it means in islamabad right ? secondly they sent us a Acknowledgement letter on 7 th feb and this can also be seen if i put in my wife's info
and could you please explain what gcms request is and how does it work

u shoulld be getting something really soon dont worry about address on e-case u should see ur new address there really soon Hi everyone My file transferred to Isl in june 2011. Since I haven't received anything from thm yet I was thining that maybe my letter got misplaced. I mailed them an address change letter 3 months ago. ecas still shows my old address. How will I know if they updated the address or not. They are not replying to emails. |
