bro when i put my info it say this ''We received dino55411s application for permanent residence on December 13, 2011''
so it means in islamabad right ? secondly they sent us a Acknowledgement  letter on 7 th feb and this can also be seen if i put in my wife's info


and could you please explain what gcms request is  and how does it work

Hi everyone

My file transferred to Isl in june 2011. Since I haven't received anything from thm yet I was thining that maybe my letter got misplaced. I mailed them an address change letter 3 months ago. ecas still shows my old address. How will I know if they updated the address or not. They are not replying to emails.

Insha Allah You she will get letter soon only matter of days.
My wife in Lahore and she got letter on June 21st by PK Post even letter dated June 11th. Tuck 10 day to arrive in Lahore from Islamabad.

i live in islamabad only.. and my letter is dates at june 11 and i received it on june 22nd.. lol..

e case showing applicatoin received
after this nothing update cic not send my remedical request
plz advice what i do order caips notes or say to wife go to mp
or need to wait
plz reply must i need suggestions
every  may 2011 transfer got re-medical request but m not

i also informed CHC-I of change of address and it took almost two and a half months for my new address to be updated in my file..

Hi Friends,
I am new to this forum, and have a question. I am about to submit the application to Sponsor my wife, but some of the additional forms for Pakistan, i.e. Supplementary Information, Redundancy Questionnaire and Education Background etc, requires a "File No:____________". Do I need to put my file number(Sponsor's File No)? or do I need to leave it blank?

i just wanted to confirm they have asked me for IMM8 form, so that is one form only right, generic form for canada which we validate and then it has barcodes to it..

Dint wry n wait they will send u somethng very soon..it's nt a thumb rule tht if everyone fm may got something I'll also get one...they process randomly so keep ur hopes high n pray hard...
Gud luck..no need to get worried...there are still ppl lacking from aug 2010 n ur  may 2011.. So just pray for ur fast processing...

Yes sis....imm8 form or any other form,,it os only one form with several pages...so no need to wry abt tht..just concentrate on the number of form..

Ur case started on 7feb... N it's been just 5 months till ne so at this point of tym theres no need for gcms notes..coz there won't be any progress shown in tht..so just wait for at least 2 3 months before u apply for gcms...for ordering veto pay 5$ online with two forms submitted by sponsor n applicant n then aftr 35 days they will send u mail of watever they have done to ur file..I mean u can see wats going on with ur process..bt at this pont there's no need,.just chill n have mangoess...

I received another letter Dated 16 June 2012,(this letter is posted 2 months and 10 days after AOR), requesting 2 things,
"Proof of your sponsor's income, adequate financial arrangements for  your care and support in Canada: i.e your sponsor's recent notices of assessment (2009-2011), T4's Employment letter(s), recent pay stubs, your bank statement, your sponsor's bank statement, and documentary proof of any other financial support available to you in Canada"
"Statement of live birth for your daughter"
Now i have 2 questions
1.Do i have to send them everything my self or my wife can send these documents directly to CHC-I from Canada?
2. My wife has been working off and on in last 3 years, she hardly wen't to work for 6 months in this period, moreover she was in Pakistan for around 17 months in the mention time (2009-2011). She started a proper Job in March 2012 when my daughter turned 8 months old. Is that gonna be an issue if i don't make up things(like Tax papers), and tell them everything as it happened?

I was sponsored by my Wife August 24, 2011. File was transferred to CHC-Islamabad for further processing in November 1, 2011. Up till now i haven't heard anything from CHC-Islamabad, how much more it will take? Should i order GCMS notes? Please inform what is the process and how to order it.
