Dear All,
I have a very basic question. Your help would be dearly appreciated.
Background: 10 Days ago I received an e-mail from CPC Immigration Canada Ottawa saying my Application to Sponsor my wife is approved. An application number was provided. I believe this is the AOR communication. As I understand, the next step is 'File Transfer' which usually happens 2 to 3 weeks after the AOR.
My question: How will I know my wife's 'File Transfer' date? Will they send an e-mail or will the online tracking status be updated or will something come by post? If it comes by post, do they send by regular mail or by courier?

One Quick Question from any body at this form,
My medical held in April-2011 in Abu Dhabi (UAE), and i submit my file in July-2011 alond with my Medical receipt, because the MD (who was an indian women) that the result will send by her to London..... is it the procedure or what?
Please clarification is required.

Dear Friend, you have the file number, you should visit cic.gc.ca website and signin via your application number, there under permanent resident application status, you will find the date of file transfer. by the way when CIC-M is sending your file number via email, normally they are mentioneding the date of file transfer also. Good Luck |

Hi Princess,
sorry to hear about everything going on with you. i can understand your feelings... did he tell you that he has affair with someone or you got to know by someone else? the person who told you is trustworthy or not? sometimes ppl r soo jealous that they to break the relation before it built..
if you are 100% sure that he is not sincere with you then dont let him use you as a ladder to Canada.. just let him go.. he is not good for you at all..i know a girl thinks about lots of things before taking this step but you dont have to worry about the culture or ppl around you because this is your life and you cant ruin your life for a person who was never yours..u r in Canada so be brave..ppl dont care about these things in canada.. just think about ur future life.. of course you would like to spend ur life with a person who will give u importance love and care not with your husband kinda person....think with relax mind and then take a step.. Good luck

For divorce he says k if divorce layni hai to pk ao uski mom ki feet may gir k sorry karu pir meri whole family sorry karay not just me and mom or my bro sis but even hala mamu nani sub isay sorry karay pir ye sochay ga k dayni hai ya nahi I told him i will never come to pk again and if ye rule hai to ye beshak na day divorce. he says i can apply hula Immigration ka dekh k divorce ya hula ka bi kuch sochti hu. dont even think about going back

Hello All,
Needed some clarification...recently I've seen that on E-CAS my wife's PR app. has been switched to "In Progress", this is when I enter system with my UCI and all my info...as I understand from some posts on this forum, if I enter with wife's BXXX number, I will be able to see further details such as medical sent etc? Or this wrong, am I able to see all information using UCI and my information?
I have requested the PR APP# from CHC-ISB today, any idea of how long they take to respond?

to check him, let do a deal ask him that u dont want to settle in Canada , let we both stay in Pakistan.
If he is sincere to u, he would agree with all ur wishes, if he is just using u to get visa he will refuse ur idea, than its better close the case.
These kind of greedy people spoil the image of marriage and CIC suspect each and every marriage case.
This trend is not only on men, women also do this practice.
