CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

One Quick Question from any body at this form,

My medical held in April-2011 in Abu Dhabi (UAE), and i submit my file in July-2011 alond with my Medical receipt, because the MD (who was an indian women) that the result will send by her to London..... is it the procedure or what?

Please clarification is required.

Just got re-med request last week and yesterday was at the DMP's clinic when i got a call from CHC-I that they had sent me remed request and whether i had received it or not. I told them I did and the lady asked if i had done my remedical.. i told her i was getting it done as we speak. She said ok just wanted to confirm this..and today around 4 pm i got a letter from TCS and that was my PPR..cant believe it but cant thank God enough..Allah is definitely the greatest and the best
All of you are in my prayers everyday but i promise from today more prayers for all of you instead of me Inshallah..but do remember me in your prayers that Inshallah all goes well from here too..jazakallah

Sallam to all freinds, today the Afghan foreign ministry told me that we dont send your re police form by fax to CHC directly just we can send it to our embassy in islamabad or to our consulat offices by fax then they give you the police form after that you can send it by mail to CHC so i tink its better for me to get it from Afghan consulat office in Peshawar.
i am new there in Peshawar  can you give me the address of Afghan consulat office in Peshawar please ?
and more question that which mail is better TCS or any other one?

As a few of you requested me to post the complete timeline, so here it is:

Applied for wife: Dec 22nd, 2010
Sponsorship approval: Jan 19th, 2011
File Transfer to Islamabad: Jan 27th, 2011
1st Email to CHC-Islamabad from wife's account for File Number: March 28th, 2011 - Reply -> In queue for Initial review
Proof of continous relationship and updated PCC sent voluntraily: Jun 24th, 2011 (5 months after File transfer)
2nd Email to CHC-Islamabad from wife's account: October 4th, 2011 - Reply -> In queue for Initial review
Visit to wife in Pakistan: November 5th, 2011 (Held onto proof as I wasn't sure if they would attach the documents by the time of initial review)
3rd email to CHC- Islamabad for application status from my email account: January 3rd, 2012 - Reply-> In queue for review by Immigration officer
Initial review done by Local staff: Feb 7th, 2012
Review by Canadian Immigration officer: Feb 8th, 2012 - Satisfied with relationship proof, asked to waive supp forms request and issue Re-med and PHEP (PPR).
Re-med and PHEP letter prepared: Feb 14th, 2012
CHC-Islamabad screw up: Were supposed to send it on Feb 18th but most likely held on the letters or forgot to send.
GCMS ordered: Feb 22nd, 2012
4th Email to CHC-Islamabad about file status: March 3rd, 2012 - Reply on March 12th, 2012 -> Background checks are over, Medical instructions letter and PHEP letter sent on Feb 18th, 2012
5th Email: March 12th informing that the remedical and PPR not recieved yet. (No reply or record of email in GCMS)
6th Email: March 28th, 2012 -> Sent an email again letting them know that we didn't recieve those letters (No reply or record in GCMS)
7th Email: April 17th, 2012 -> Emailed again letting them know that we didn't recieve those letters (NO reply in GCMS)
8th Email: April 19th, 2012 to Ross Hyness ( No reply but record in GCMS that emailed recieved on 22nd April)
Immigration officer review: April 23rd, 2012 -> Asked to send Re-med and PPR again
Medical performed without Re-medical letter: April 24th, 2012 (I don't recommend anyone to do this as it might put your case in jeopardy)
