Dear friends,

1) I applied for my wife at CPC Missassauga in March 2012. Yesterday, I received an e-mail from CPC confirming that my application to sponsor is approved and wife's PR Application transferred to Islamabad. Is this e-mail a confirmation of "AOR" or a confirmation of of "File Transfer"? I am confused between the two terms.

2) My wife resides in Abu Dhabi. Her mailing address includes a PO Box number which is essential for her to receive mail. We included the PO Box number when filling mailing address on her forms. However, when I log on to cic.gc.ca to track Client Application Status, it shows "Your current mailing address" WITHOUT the PO Box in the address. Is this normal, or does it appear that the PO Box got missed by CIC? If the latter, then I will contact them to update the mailing address with PO Box details. Otherwise, any mail they send to her will bounce back.

No Problem, CIC dont concern about the P.O Box, when i submit the application i also wrote the P.O Box for my Abu Dhabi Office, but my lawyer remove it and says CIC DOnt concern about that because they will send you any mail or letter by Courier. so no need to send them the update of your adress.

Dear All,
                Immidiate response require by senior members, today i have received a AOR with additional documents. My file has transfered to islamabad last year july.

1- sponsor last two years job detail / pay stubs etc
2- police character certificate
3- right of permanant residence fees if submitted

I am in concern for the sponsor last two year job detail because she is living alone with our little daugter with no job, cause she has health concerns and secondly she cannot leave our daughter unattended. So how i can satisfy the visa officer with this situation.

my wife is 18 too I am 25. bro you have done a leagal and islamic thing thats what matters the most the rest is based on your proof and the way you have prepared and submit your case. remember its case by case that its not necessary that CHC will look all the case from same point of view.

Please dont be scared or dipress over it as it dosent matter and/or delay your case if bhabi is 18 is it her fault??? is it your fault??? SOO PLS DONT LISTEN TO ANYONE...

1: confirmation of File Transfer, AOR is when CHC-ISL acknowledges that they have the file (basically when the applicant's section on ecase will read IN PROCESS...

2: my wife has the same case, a PO BOX number... what you need to do is to contact them to update your file info, in your email include all your and your wifes info (names, dob's file number, uci number, and obv address)... (make your subject line attention catching "ATTN: ADDRESS CHANGE/UPDATE REQUEST", or something to that extent... should be sorted out easily...

Are you saying that getting married to a girl who is <18 is a child marriage yah akhi? Iss ka matlab ke mainay child marriage kar li hai?
Look friend, the fact is that in Canada you can get married if your 16 or older.
if you are <18, then you just need the permission of your guardian.
The same is the Law of the land in Pakistan.

So we know that it is within the law to get married at the age of 16 in both Pk and Canada, the question is: that does CIC hold a bias against marriages which are completely complacent with the law?

Also Khalifah said that They call it child marriage.
They, as in CIC. I dont think the statement he made came loaded with any of his own precognitive bias.

PP doesn't expire for 5 years, and re-med lasts for a year, lets say when u get ur visa, ur re-med doesn't expire for another 8 months, does that mean u get 8 months to leave pakistan?

Just now i received a letter from Canadian embassy asking for main paragraph regarding IMM8 schedule a and IMM5406 but underneath there are four options for downloading the forms and they have checked  form for supplementary information only.
My question is do i need to send  all the form like IMM8, IMM5406  and supplementary information or only supplementary information form downloadable from the link checked by Canadian embassy.

 Secondly they have asked for proof of fund but i never anticipated that they will ask that sort of thing and so i have not kept in record of that  so what to do?
 Thirdly communication proof like greeting cards or phone bills and once agains thanks to com age no record , so what to do

Pls need some feed back
