First email the chc islambd and ask what is going on with this application and wait for couple of days for reply. if you don't get any answer then order caips to find out where you stand. Hi All Would any one of you help me please.
I am from Abbottabad, My wife sponsor the case and i received the letter on March 2nd-2010 from CHC Islamabad, that they start processing my case. On March 08th-2011, they informed me through email that background checks are over for this application and is in queue for review. On May 21st-2011, they informed me that an interview is required but they didn't give me the time frame for the interview. But on July 25th-2011, they answer in response to my email that Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review. Currently, back ground checks are underway for this application. I didn't know whats going on. In March they told me that the background checks are over for this application but in July they told me that background checks are underway for this application. After 25th July-2011, they are not answering any of my email.
Would any one help me what I should do or what is the next step. Looking forward for a reply from you people soon. Thanks.

I did all my documents from foreign affairs even the PCC.

Just wait for a couple of weeks and then send them an email with your client ID, name, spouse name & DOB.

Now CPC Mississauga has increased time to 60 days...still working on June 30th applications.... I think the whole structure is out of control. In addition some staff will be on summer vacations. Lets hope starting from this week they will have full staff and things will turn back to normal. I feel really sorry for couples who got married in this summer and are ready to submitt the applications, 2 months with CPC-M and than at least 14 months with CHC-I hands plus minimum 2 months after wedding to prepare the documents so total 18 months are waisted out of newly married couple happy & golden moments. Does peoples in control care?

Don't worry, everyone will be out of this torture one day. Have faith, and stay positive! Every day that passes by, you are getting closer to the end. I know how hard it is, because I have gone through it already but so glad thats its done for me and InshALlah it will end for everyone else on here as well.

Hello Guys, As I have already mentioned that my file was transferred to Islamabad in December 2010. I didn't get anything from CHC yet but one of my friend got response from CHC and her file was transferred to Islamabad in June 2010. I don't know how she got first response that much late but finally she got first letter from them.
