Dear Seniors and Gurus!
A quick question coming your way. . .
When i used to check the status of my wife's immigrationship with her credentials (F*********) on cic.gc.ca, it just used to show me "application received".
BUT NOW
It shows the address for my house too where my wife resides in Islamabad... Please advise. . . Does that mean they are looking into my case or was it just a database or system error???

a special thanks to Danny4450, raptorsfan, lonly widout hubby, R.Mujgani, emanzaib, Imtihan, Canadian555, khushi humesha 100, maknojia, canadianbear, heybuddy, Cool_Heaqded, RougeAmour, FM_jun, ash14u, ma35, Allah Madat & others for congratulating me  .......i also want to thank everyone on this forum for their usual help and support throughout this time seriously this process is a big test of your patience and endurance..........i can feel for the people who're waiting for long times just to get some update on their cases.........specially 2010 cases......CIC doesn't follow any FIFO that's why many people who applied later are getting their visas.....and it adds to the frustration of the people who applied earlier i sincerely pray all you guys hear good news soon and this nightmare is over for you in no time Congrats! glad to hear that yours was completed so quickly. Yes, there have been a couple of other users who have mentioned this, including me. I don't remember seeing the address when I used the file number w/my wife's credentials to log in, but as of today I do. If this was automated it would have been taken care of when it was received by CHC. I think this may mean that someone has opened our file and updated the information online. Maybe our review will begin shortly InshAllah! |

sis it happens with my ecase too today and my file got transfer in Sep 2011. I already received imm forms rquest along with request of additional doc and explanation about ruksati so now that means they are sending me remedical Inshallah... |

Guys, when sending out the requested forms, is there a document check list with it like the application?
Also, did you send the forms yourself or your spouse filled it from Pakistan and sent from there? Both spouse signatures required or scan copy will do? Just confused as I don't have the instructions infront of me, wife has it with here in Pak....

Can you please explane what kind of exactly question CIC-I asked and how long was the call etc. and in case if they will call me and i missed it accidently, will they call again or send any e-mail or ......? or it will cause any delay?
Please guide.
Confirmed identity,name, date of birth, where was the sponsorship application filed from, where the wedding took place and the officer said thanks for your time, the application is in processing. He said the phone number (saudi number) was listed in my husband's application so he was checking it. |

I would say that they finished initial review on your file. Just like khanb5 said, they are probably going to send you something soon. |

You have to write your file number, name, date of birth in the email for them to believe its really you who's asking. Also, they are replying to emails at a very slow pace. How many months since you applied ?
I have put all details, since 7 months my spouse case is in process in chc isb, Secondly i ask is educational documents is must as my dependent lost their education docs? |

I am little surprised because I was expecting Re-Pcc with Re-Medicals. Anyways I have decided to send Re-Pcc Voluntarily. Dont know how much time it takes to get PPR After sending MEDICALS?
