Well I just checked today, wife's address is back again. From mid March until today it was gone. If that ever meant anything....
Still "Application Received"
might mean something coz my address never showed up on ecase and yesterday it just was there..same day got letter from CHC asking for forms, RPRF etc...hope u hear something soon too inshallah..keep praying all the best |

I completely agree with you, we have to do something.... Mai to kehta hoon petition sign karo. I have taken the liberty of creating one. Bhaiyoo aur bheno please sign karo !! Few of the forum members have made several attempts in complaining about the long processing time at CHC Islamabad to the minister Mr. Jason Kenney or to the local MP's. The change is coming, but lets hope it comes quick and the processing time goes down from 26 months to 6 months  We are trying to make this long process to go down, so that future applicant will not have to go through this horrible waiting time. Since most of the complains were done by those who were going through this process, i suggest that now for those who are done with this process to write a letter to Mr. Jason Kenney. In letter you can explain the time frame ( with exact dates ) from first stage to the last stage. Can explain how tough it was to be married and not being with the spouse ( and for some members: with spouse + children ) here in Canada. Not all of us can go and stay in Pakistan until the process gets completed, so we end up waiting here. How the relationship keep continued was through technology such as emails, phone communications, texts, skype, letters etc....which is not healthy for a relationship. It is understandable that the long process is due to the high volume of application and not enough staff working there, but is that the answer sufficient for those who are in the waiting boat. And plus the fees is same for all applications, so why not time be same or atleast close enough between all the Canadian embassy in each country. These above points plus other points can be added on the letter, so that the minister can get a better perspective from those who are done with this and those who are going through this. What do you all think about this. I would like to get some feedback Regards, Bright_Day. |

You are the Applicant, CHC-I will ask you to provide it. However, even your wife can even mail them proof of relationship from Canada. I did that voluntarily back in October 2011. It can be her call logs or your call logs. There is no clause on that. If you have both then that is excellent. |

Hey Everyone,
I have been following this forum for the past year or so and finally I have decided to post few questions -
I have applied for my wife in May 2010 -
Sponsorship status - decision made -
We received your application to sponsor NAME on May 26, 2010.
We started processing your application on June 25, 2010.
We sent you a letter on June 25, 2010 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Permanent Residence Application Status ( In Process )
We started processing Name application on July 24, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
Late last year we received a letter to provide more proof as we didn't had the rukhsati done. So we sent substantial amount of proof and then earlier this year (January-ish) received a 2nd medical request. Ever since my wife have sent the medical tests, we have not heard anything at all.
Can anyone of you let us know the timeline we are looking at, or will there be any further complications.

thank you so much dear friend for making correct and if u dont mind i have a question about the colors to know whenever i check my e case online in the chart it shows my status of application part that IN PROCESS by red color and WITHDRAWN by green color and DECISION MADE by blue color can u tell me wat these three colors mean in that chart ?? is it the same meaning of you mentioned in this chart or that is defferent meaning  |
